ZD Net, one of the most famous online news sites has published the most recent statistics regarding US search traffic. The statistics have covered the months of February 2008. The most interesting part of the statistics being the Online Gambling community in US is showing great interest. Promising figures have been received as well.

As per the results received, Online Gambling has showed the third largest growth. Radio entertainment field is in the first position and second comes the gay and lesbian interests. The growth in the industry of gambling was estimated at 14% thus corresponding to an interest of 12592 as compared to 11082 of the previous month’s record. Moreover as per to the results of search traffic it is quite interesting to know that the internet users in US are searching for an addition to the online casino fix.

As per to the notes of ZD Net’s notes, Google was at the top in search engines thus accounting to around 68% of all the search engine traffic. Yahoo came up with 18% of the traffic. MSN accounted to 12% of the market share, AOL with 4% and ask.com with 2.4% of the total search traffic in US.

It was found that 68% of the online US search engines clicks on the first page of every search results. ZD Net suggests that the gambling industry will be attaining $4.6 billion by the end of 2013.
